Family Fun Pass Terms
Terms of Use
1 - The Family Fun Pass is designed for personal use at participating attractions and lodging facilities. Discount value is based on amount of use so value will vary by pass holder. No refunds will be issued for any reason. All sales are final.
2 - Family Fun Pass holder will receive one discount as stated at each participating attraction and lodging facility. Multiple use discounts are at the sole discretion of each individual facility. Additional Family Fun Passes may be purchased for additional discounts.
3 - Restrictions at participating attractions and lodging facilities vary so please read each advertisement carefully prior to purchase and use.
4 - Family Fun Pass holder is responsible for securing reservations at facilities where a reservation is required. Please notify facility of discount at time of reservation.
5 - Family Fun Pass discounts are valid through expiration date indicated on the front of the pass purchased.
6 - Family Fun Pass may not be copied, sold or transferred for commercial or other intent without the express written permission of Shenandoah Business Solutions, LLC. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissable by law.
7 - Family Fun Pass holders and their families will hold Shenandoah Business Solutions LLC, principals, officers employees, and contractors harmless for any damages resulting from use of the participating attractions or lodging facilities.
